ATHN Government Partners

Government funding supports innovation and public health. Among their priorities are prevention of complications of bleeding disorders, full genome sequencing, access to care, and quality of care for people with bleeding and clotting disorders. Through our collaboration, we improve the lives of people with bleeding and clotting disorders throughout their lifespan.

We are honored to have been selected to lead these national health initiatives and grateful to work with the following government agencies to achieve our mutual goals:

Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Division of Blood Disorders
Grant funding for the Community Counts public health surveillance program

Commmunity Counts

Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) Maternal and Child Health Bureau (MCHB)
Grant funding for the establishment of the National Hemophilia Program Coordinating Center
